“JTH Therapies@Kinneston” was born from a desire to bring my massage practice home from functional, but poorly located offices in nearby Glenrothes. But I didn’t want to take up space in the house and so a purpose-built office was built in the grounds as pictured above. Kinneston Cottage is close by the picturesque village of Scotlandwell, near Kinross.
Lynora qualified as a massage therapist at the Northern Institute of Massage (Blackpool) in 1978. In 1984, she studied Reflexology and in 1991, when living in the USA, undertook an Advanced Reflexology course at the Potomac Massage Training Institute.
Whilst living in Belgium, she studied Manual Lymphatic Drainage as a post-graduate student at the Vodder Schule, Walchsee, Austria. She attends biennial Review classes, run by the Schule, in order to retain her Practitioner Certification.
Lynora is an active member of MLDUK and supporter of the Lymphoedema Support Network.
